Dress and Culture

DRESS: We encourage people to dress comfortably during our services. That might mean dressing up for some, but for most it means casual clothes. Our guide, the New Testament, simply instructs us to dress modestly and decently.

SERVICES: In our worship service, you will find a preaching style that is challenging, encouraging and thought-provoking. You will also experience a variety of music ranging from contemporary Christian music to traditional “church” music at our 10:30am service.

MEETING PEOPLE: While we are genuinely interested in meeting visitors, we generally will NOT ask you to stand up and be recognized during the worship service.  Have coffee with us in the Fellowship Hall before the service, and meet our members in a relaxed environment.

NON-MEMBERS: We encourage non-members to join formally with us, but that is not a requirement. All are welcome to participate in any of our church activities.

QUESTIONS? If you want to ask questions or have a particular need, meet with the assembled elders or the Pastor in the Prayer Room after the service.
