To organize and enhance communication and building usage among members and within the community so that everyone is aware of opportunities to change lives and grow disciples through the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

With appropriate staff and volunteers, coordinate a system for communicating via

  1. Website
  2. Social networks - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Emails
  4. Newsletters
  5. Advertising
  6. Newspaper articles
  7. Printed materials
  8. Sunday bulletins
  9. Announcements both verbal & visual
  10. Displays around the building

Use of Church Facilities and Property

With appropriate staff coordinate a system for scheduling building & church equipment use by

  1. Members
  2. Church groups
  3. Authorized outside groups

Prepare & recommend an annual budget for the above activities and responsibly administer the budget as approved
